✅ 904 Single Family homes went under agreement with 719 Single Families 💰 selling for an average price of $791k and a Median Price of $629k.
➡️ Condo Market Data Week over Week ⬅️
✅ Condo inventory in Massachusetts on 📅 8/28 was 2,203 condos available to buyers with 375 newly listed condos coming on the market last week.
✅ 321 Condos went under agreement with 263 Condos 💰 selling for an average price of $701k and a Median Price of $520k.
