Investment Strategies
Join us at 12pm today as we interview Allen Borovich through his journey from being a mortgage rep to becoming a real estate developer.

Guest:
Allen Borovich – CEO/Managing Member – Allen has been involved in the Philadelphia real estate market since 2008 since getting his start in the mortgage industry. Allen transitioned to acquiring, rehabilitating and managing properties shortly thereafter.

He has quickly and effectively grown Liberty Bell Management and its affiliated companies to their current level of success with approximately 850 units managed at this time. Much of this success is attributable to the fact that LBM and its construction arm, Aimes, self develop and self manage the entire portfolio through development to stabilization. This in house control over the entire process allows the company to streamline wherever possible and keep costs down. He has extensive knowledge of the Philadelphia real estate market and how to navigate the complicated development process in Philadelphia from start to finish. He focuses on growing previously ignored areas and has made a major impact in beautifying and bettering the neighborhoods where Liberty Bell has focused their development.

In recent years he has transitioned the company from rehabbing existing buildings and adaptive reuse to path of land development and new construction. This venture into the new construction market has led to the infill of many vacant lots in the West Philadelphia area. He plans to continue the trajectory with an influx of forthcoming projects into 2022, helping revitalize neighborhoods that felt all but forgotten a few years ago. Since 2018 the company has introduced approximately 100 new construction units yearly and is on course to add an additional 100-125 in the next 12-18 months. There are an additional several hundred units in que for development.
