To summarize equity stripping is the process of removing equity from a property and transferring it to yourself or another entity. This allows you to protect your rental properties from creditors, which can be crucial in times of financial stress.

Creditors are those who are owed money by a person or company, such as a bank or mortgage lender. When you have no equity in your rental property and the value is lower than what you owe on it, then creditors can claim ownership of that property through foreclosure.

Our goal with this video is to help you, the viewer, discover how you can take advantage of this process and protect the equity in your rental property from creditors. If you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comment section below.
