House Flip Before And After: $33,000 Profit – 3 Month Home Renovation With All The Numbers

In this video we show you the before and after of our house flip and break down the numbers of our renovation budget.

It’s finally finished! Our Stony Creek house flip took about a month longer than expected, but we listed it last weekend and accepted an offer 4 days later! We listed the house at $215,000, which was a little high for the neighborhood. Because of the holidays and price per square foot comps, we accepted an offer for $211,000! Here’s a breakdown of the numbers:

Purchase Price: $144,000
Renovation Budget: $17,000 ($2,000 OVER)
Total: $161,000

Sales Price: $211,000
Net Profit(After Closing Costs): $33,000

Overall we are pretty happy with how this all turned out! The home renovation process is a stressful one, but it is so rewarding to see the results! Flipping houses isn’t rocket science, but there is definitely lots to learn and mental barriers to overcome.
