Over the last year the offsite construction industry has been adapting to market conditions to try and increase production and supply to meet new home demand. A buyer currently in the market trying to purchase a new manufactured home recently contacted me sharing issues she was facing and what was frustrating her in the process of buying a new home. In this video I use her situation to shed light on what’s happening in the overall offsite construction market and how buying this year has changed.
