Luxury labels like Bentley and Baccarat launch condo towers in Miami

Real Estate

A new crop of Miami towers is making it easier than ever to live inside the world of your favorite luxury label. The most glittering edition to the skyline is the Baccarat Residences in Brickell.

The 75-story tower, developed by Related Group, just launched sales for its 360 condos, which range from 1,330 to over 7,000 square feet.

Beyond crystal-clear views, the tower boasts a number of shimmering tie-ins with the storied French brand.

The façade will feature chiseled glass that will reflect the sparkling waters of the Miami River and Biscayne Bay below, while the interiors blend 18th-century French design and Art Deco motifs. Obviously, handcrafted Baccarat crystals are incorporated … well … almost everywhere. Prices range from $1.4 million to $4.7 million. (Penthouses haven’t been released yet.)

“Our buyers are smart,” says Sonia Figueroa of Related Group. “They know that our agreement with the brand specifies certain standards. They know they’re getting something very high quality.”

Another luxury marque racing into Miami is Bentley. The English carmaker’s Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, developed by Gil Dezer, will be the tallest beachfront condo tower in the US at 749 feet.

When it’s completed, the Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach will be the tallest beachfront condo tower in the country at 749 feet — fortunately it comes with a patented car elevator.

While construction isn’t set to kick off until 2023, sales will launch early next year. Once delivered, motorheads can geek out over Bentley’s patented car elevator, which will lift your cars (yes, multiple cars) into your unit and put them on display.

Now try this on for size: a Diesel branded spread in the heart of trendy Wynwood. The eight-story Diesel Wynwood will offer 159 turn-key residences designed by the Italian brand’s Living wing.

That means Berti wood flooring, Miele appliances and modular wall systems for a start.

The new Diesel Wynwood offers turn-key digs and splashy amenities, including eye-popping art inspired by the neighborhood, a playful rooftop pool and a chic spa, with prices from $370,000 to $5.5 million.

The project’s 14-unit “Brave Collection” features Diesel Living’s top finishes, like liquid marble in the bathrooms and private rooftops. True to the label’s rebellious spirit, amenities will be “anti-ordinary.”

That means a playful rooftop pool deck, art fit for the whimsical neighborhood, and a Diesel-inspired spa with sensory rooms and a wine cellar. Prices on the first wave of condos range from $370,000 for a 395-square-foot studio to $5.5 million for a 4,411-square-foot penthouse. A perfect fit!
