When we moved to Idaho 5 years ago, we decided to purchase a home. We contacted Hughs Real Estate Group. Court Etherington gave us a call and immediately had a meeting with us and started showing us homes for sale in the area! Every step was done with ease. Court was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Our home we purchased was amazing and each year Court would send us a gift (calendar or magnets) just wishing us a great year! Court is very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in and he offered helpful professional input as we discussed our family needs and desires. We could not have found a better person with which to work than Court. We contacted him over two years ago and he patiently worked with us until we were ready to move. As the time grew closer he provided listings that were in our price range with the amenities we desired. When we found our new home, we had to close quickly, and Court spared no effort, managed our lender and builder to a successful on-time close.
