I’m going to show my favorite way to make money online. That’s to build a brand and website that you can bring in 1000’s of dollars a day.. and then sell that website for hundreds of thousands of dollars. This might be blowing your mind right now. Because I’m sure you know that websites can generate a lot of money every day. But you probably didn’t think about selling it to someone else for hundreds if not millions of dollars did you? I’ll show you how to do that a little later in the video and it’s very easy to do.
The first step in this process is to build a brand to sell. That’s also called thinking long term about your business. You need to build a brand in order to one day sell that brand. You will fail if you only think short term. So what do I mean by brand? I mean Nike, I mean Apple, I mean Ford. Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple died a few years ago and everyone wondered how would Apple survive without that visionary at the head of the company? Well, guess what? Apple is a brand meant to stand the test of time, meant to stand up to a worldwide pandemic. Tim Cook took over and guess what… it became the first trillion-dollar company. When you start a business, even if you never intend to sell it you should plan to sell it. It sets you up for success.
The first thing to think about is niche. Do you love pets? Or most specifically exercising with pets? That’s a great specific niche. What about camping? Not just camping but camping for vegans? That would be an amazing niche. Maybe it’s knitting. And not just knitting, but knitting for people with arthritis. You see how niche you can get? And each of these can be very profitable. And I just came up with these off the top of my head. And there would be a million articles you could write to build that audience.
Alright, we have our Niche. Then we need a brand name. Let’s use our camping example. I like to picture my company names printed on hoodies, and t-shirts, or even tents for this example. Think of Coleman. They only making camping gear. So what will last for 100 years like Nike, Adidas, Apple? Let’s use this FlameDomain.com to come up with a few ideas. You get a few tries for free.
