Real Estate

Robert Meers, the former CEO of Reebok and Lululemon, and Miriam Kelly, just sold their Madison Square home for $3.75 million, according to property records.

That is less than the $3.86 million they bought it for back in 2009.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at 15 E. 26th St. first went on the market for $4.99 million in 2018.

The 16th-floor unit is 2,077 square feet.

It features high ceilings, oversize windows, walnut floors, an open layout — and views of the Empire State and Chrysler buildings.

The building, which dates to 1910, overlooks Madison Square Park.

Amenities include a common roof deck, a gym, wine storage, a tasting room, doorman and concierge.

The buyers are Diane and Marc Greenwald.

The listing brokers are Arlene Reed and Annie Gruenberger of Warburg Realty, who declined to comment.
