“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” survivor Camille Grammer’s Malibu house — famously destroyed in the Woolsey fire of 2018 — has been rebuilt and sold for nearly $6 million, The Post can reveal.

Grammer, a 52-year-old former Club MTV dancer and Playboy model, spent $3.3 million on the property in 2016 and sold it to an LLC tied to Enco Structural Consultants last year at a $2 million loss, according to public records.

“I’m not sure what’s going to happen … It’s been a nightmare,” she told Page Six in April 2019 before she sold the house to investors. “They need to demo the toxic debris because the house burnt from the top down. And they have to remove anything that’s toxic from the house and then they have to demo the rest of it and start from scratch. So it’s going to be a long process.”

The Woolsey fire destroyed about 1,600 structures and spread across 96,949 acres, impacting Los Angeles and Ventura counties over the course of 56 days, according to Cal Fire.

“My son’s been living with his dad, and my daughter is like, ‘Mom, I need a house,’ ” she said. “My husband has two boys, so I need a home. We have two bedrooms and one bedroom is smaller than a closet!” Grammer told Page Six in 2019 after the fire displaced them.

“My family home will remain in my heart as I start to rebuild anew wherever that will be. My heart is with my family and friends,” she wrote on Instagram in November 2018, shortly after the fire.

But Grammer is not leaving Malibu — she still owns her $6.5 million beachfront house there with her husband David Meyer.

Grammer has two children with her ex-husband, “Frasier” star Kelsey Grammer, Mason Olivia Grammer, 19, and Jude Gordon Grammer, 16. Before their divorce, she Kelsey owned one of the most expensive homes of all the Real Housewives.

Grammer, who is no longer on the reality show, walked off the Season 9 reunion in July, saying she was “set up” by the ladies after facing tense questions, Bravo reported.

The contemporary new home, rebuilt in the place of her Grammer’s old Malibu digs, has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and spans 5,500 square feet — slightly smaller than Grammer’s 6,100-square-foot Mediterranean home, which was built in 1992, according to archived Realtor.com listings.

A representative for Grammer declined to comment. Enco Structural Consultants did not respond to a request for comment.

Listing broker Cooper Mount of the Agency declined to comment. Buyer’s broker Sandro Dazzan of the Agency confirmed that investors bought the land and rebuilt the house before selling to the current buyers.
