I have years of experience with flipping vacant land and lots, and this is something you can do as a beginner. Some people think that land is more complicated than houses, but this isn’t true. There are things you need to check like the utilities and whether the lot is landlocked. You need to make sure there is good access to the plot.

Look around the properties in your neighbourhood and start identify the properties that may have a double lot. Remember, you need to know value before you talk to anyone and make any offers.
