Celeb guru Tracey Anderson buys historic Hamptons home for $3.5M

Real Estate

Fitness guru and Gwyneth Paltrow bestie/business partner Tracy Anderson has bought a historic, $3.59 million home in Sag Harbor at 286 Main St., where, neighbors say, she just did a photo shoot on her lawn.

The five-bedroom, 4½-bath stately residence was built in 1820 and was once the home of a whaling captain.

Today, the 3,445-square-foot property still includes original doors, wide-board floors, molding, high ceilings and five fireplaces.

It sits on a fourth of an acre and comes with a pool.

The listing broker was Corcoran’s Mala Sander.

Anderson’s new home also happens to be across the street from Douglas Elliman broker Michael Lorber, whose residence at 278 Main St. is on the market for $5.29 million — down from its original $6.49 million ask.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home is 4,000 square feet and features seven fireplaces, three staircases, a library, media room and an eat-in chef’s kitchen — and lots of bold, high-gloss color and design by Nick Olsen.

Built in 1810, as another whaling captain’s home, it sits on 0.26 acres and comes with a pool.

Lorber bought it in 2015 for $4 million, according to property records.

We hear that “Real Housewives of New York” star Sonja Morgan has been staying at Lorber’s from time to time.

And “RHONY” star Ramona Singer, who will soon be working in real estate with Lorber and who has her own home in Southampton, is often there to visit.

Add on “RHONY” alum Jill Zarin’s recent Sag Harbor condo purchase — and the fact that “RHONY” star Luann de Lesseps has just put her own Sag Harbor home on the market as a summer rental, and we think this may be a prime spot for some stellar “RHONY” get-togethers — and Bravo photo shoots.

And all within walking distance of Le Bilboquet!
