Inside Sean Hannity’s new $5.3M Palm Beach home next door to Donald Trump

Real Estate

Fox News host Sean Hannity just shelled out $5.3 million on a seaside Palm Beach condo, located not too far from pal and former president Donald Trump.

The three-bedroom, five-bathroom pad is a mere 2½ miles from the Mar-a-Lago Club, where Trump currently resides.

Hannity bought the townhouse on Tuesday in an off-market deal via a deed recorded by the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office.

The two-story home had been purchased just a month prior for a recorded $4.2 million before the owner renovated the home and sold it to the spunky host.

And it’s a good thing they flipped it.

The master bedroom is adorned with shaggy green carpet and flower-printed wallpaper, while another bedroom has shaggy brown carpeting. The compact kitchen is filled with vintage wood-paneled cabinetry. The home’s other furniture also seems a bit outdated, but the tropical blue Atlantic Ocean views make up for it.
