Realtors trying to offload apartments in the ritzy London Terrace Towers have allegedly resorted to an unusual sales pitch. A spy tells The Post that real estate agents have been telling prospective tenants that it’s the building where Tom Brady’s oldest child was conceived.
The NFL quarterback, who just clinched his seventh Super Bowl ring with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has a son — Jack, 13 — with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, who used to live in the Chelsea apartment block.
Brady was a regular visitor to the plush digs, but Page Six isn’t quite sure how real estate agents know for sure where said conception occurred.
Brady dated the “Blue Bloods” actress for two years before ending it in December 2006. She discovered she was pregnant just two months after their split. To make things even more complicated, the athlete had just started dating his now-wife, model Gisele Bündchen.
The two wed in 2009 and are parents to a son, Benjamin, 11, and a daughter, Vivian, 8.
Other celebs who have called the swanky digs their home at some point include Nicole Kidman, Debbie Harry, Annie Leibovitz, Rob Shuter and husband Grammy-winning lyricist Bruce Sussman, and Rufus Wainwright.
