Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are officially neighbors.

Vice President Harris, 56, will leave her Los Angeles home and move across the street from the White House into the Blair House at 1651 Pennsylvania Ave.

While the VP is usually housed at the Naval Observatory, where Mike Pence previously stayed with his family, renovations have delayed the move-in.

Instead, what is labeled as the president’s guest house will now be Harris’ new home for the time being, along with her husband, Doug Emhoff. It also shortens her daily commute to work: Blair House is within sight of the presidential digs, while the Naval Observatory is about 3 miles away.

The 19th-century rowhouse is made up of four interconnected townhouses, with 119 rooms, 14 bedrooms and 35 bathrooms. At a massive 60,600 square feet, Blair House is larger than the White House.

The home staffs 18 full-time employees and includes a hot and cold kitchen overseen by an executive chef and a sous chef.

It was built in 1824 as a private home for the first general of the US Army and features several historic furnishings. The US government purchased the home in 1942 when Franklin D. Roosevelt was president. The home includes a diverse library, which holds over 1,500 books on the history and culture of the United States.

The network of rooms includes 14 guest suites — all with full bathrooms — three formal dining rooms and two large conference rooms. It also holds a gym, a beauty salon and a laundry room.

Previous guests include Queen Elizabeth, Margaret Thatcher, Vladimir Putin and Justin Trudeau.

When a former president dies, family members are permitted to stay at the residence before the funeral.

Biden, 78, stayed there the night before his inauguration.
