Meow! Kim Cattrall is outta here, leaving her New York days behind her.

She’s outta the city, outta the “Sex and the City” HBO Max revival series, “And Just Like That …,” she’s outta the Hamptons.

Cattrall, 64 — the “Filthy Rich” star who exposed the “mean girls” culture of SATC, has finally found a buyer for her sweet East Hampton cottage in the Springs, Gimme can report exclusively.

She bought the home for $420,000 in 1998 — the same year that HBO launched SATC.

She had first listed the tiny, 1,232-square-foot, two-bedroom cottage for $3.25 million last October.

But it took a price drop to $2.9 million to find a buyer. (Brokers told Gimme at the time that she was hoping for a “COVID” price bump — but that it didn’t happen.)

The buyer is a New Yorker in finance, said his broker, Steve Cohen, of Douglas Elliman.

The cottage, at 105 Gerard Drive, may be tiny, but it is mighty, with a chef’s kitchen, pop art of Cattrall, and a living room that doubles as a “Hollywood-style” screening room, natch, with a motorized screen that drops from above.

She loved the place so much it’s where she married her now-ex husband, Mark Levinson.

The gated property, which comes with a hot tub, fire pit and outdoor kitchen, sits on a quarter of an acre on Gardiners Bay. The listing broker is Rebekah Baker, of Sotheby’s International Realty.
