Ashley Tisdale is selling her LA home for $5,795,000 — just a little over a year after moving in.
The “High School Musical” star, 35, purchased the five-bedroom, five-bathroom Los Feliz property with her husband, Christopher French, for $4.1 million in June 2019. If they are able to sell the home at their listing price, they’ll be doing a happy dance in no time.
The house, built in 1923, has been pegged as a Mediterranean villa with vintage features. The 4,214-square-foot property comes with a one-bedroom guesthouse, European oak floors and a pool with a sundeck.
Tisdale has boasted about the abode on her Instagram account, highlighting the fireplace in her kitchen.
“Getting cozy by the [fire],” she wrote. “I never thought how nice it is to have a fireplace in your kitchen. We use it morning and night especially since it’s the coldest around that time. Old homes with new charm.”
This isn’t the first time the actress has listed a home for sale after living there for a short period of time.
In 2016, she and French placed their Studio City home for $2.66 million after owning it for about a year. They eventually sold it to Haylie Duff.
Before their current place, they last owned a historic Hollywood Hills house, which they also sold at a profit in 2019.
When the former Disney star is not busy flipping homes, she has been busy acting. She recently starred in a CBS sitcom, “Carol’s Second Act.” In 2019, the singer released her third studio album, “Symptoms,” and is also a panelist on the Fox competition show “The Masked Dancer.”
French, 38, is the lead of the goth-rock band Annie Automatic. In September, the married couple of six years announced they are expecting their first child.
