It’s the end of an era for Chelsea Handler, who is finally selling her Bel Air oasis after 10 years of calling it home, The Post can exclusively report.

Handler, 45, accepted an offer on Jan. 3 for a whopping $10.5 million.

She purchased the 5,572-square-foot estate in the LA neighborhood for $5.9 million back in 2010, during the third year of her hit E! talk show “Chelsea Lately.”

The stand-up comic, best-selling author and Netflix documentarian has said it was the first home she ever purchased. The house has since undergone a series of renovations.

“I just committed to putting a lot of work into it,” Handler revealed in a 2019 interview with Architectural Digest.

“It ended up being a great learning experience . . . We tore the house apart, inside and out, while keeping the main frame. I had to move out a couple of times, and I did a lot of construction — but I just really wanted it to have that indoor-outdoor California vibe.”

Handler contemplated selling her home on and off for the past two years. She first listed the property in 2018, but removed the listing a year later before ultimately deciding to list it again this past September.

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion features a long gated driveway, a meditation garden, walls of glass that open up to a 50-foot pool, and a marble bath with a sauna and steam shower.
