Dave Portnoy spared no expense for his month-long stay in Miami Beach.
Page Six can exclusively reveal the rental that the Barstool Sports founder scooped up for himself for the month of December. Although it’s listed for $38,000 per month by Richard Goihman and Neal Klotsman of Douglas Elliman, Portnoy, 44, was able to secure the luxe pad for $35,000.
Located at 1 Homes South Beach, the three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit came fully furnished and was provided with housekeeping and concierge services by the hotel. The apartment has breathtaking views of the crystal blue ocean and includes its own private terrace.
The hotel sits in the heart of South Beach and also features four pools, 600 linear feet of beachfront and a massive fitness center and spa.
We’re also told that while in Miami, Portnoy celebrated New Year’s Eve at David Grutman’s Swan. Rappers Meek Mill, Chris Brown and Tyga also attended the bash.
Portnoy, who may have battled COVID-19 over the summer, was also seen at new hot spot Casa Tiki on the famed Calle Ocho.
In less than one month, Portnoy’s COVID fundraiser, The Barstool Fund, has raised more than $20 million that has gone toward 92 small businesses, according to Fox News.
