As a real estate investor and serial entrepreneur, I am always asked why I do what I do. When I first started flipping houses, my reason was simply to make money. That was a selfish reason, and as my business expanded, my “why” changed from being about myself to being about my employees.
After hiring a couple employees and making sure our companies succeed so that we can all provide for our families, the list of reasons why I do what I do continued to grow as well. It was no longer just about me making money or making sure my employees do well, but it became about giving value to those who watch us on social media!
Being able to give back by making videos is very gratifying. When I get DMs telling me that someone got their first deal because of the videos I put out, the feeling is second to none. As I continue to progress, I know my why will do so as well. I encourage you all to find your why. Why do you do what you do?
