You can rent this entire mountain for $100 a night

Forget private islands — now you rent out an entire private mountain for yourself.

As part of a special one-time listing, vacation-rental company Vrbo is offering outdoor adventure seekers the opportunity to book a brand-new five-bedroom ski chalet in Beaver, Utah — along with the entire ski resort and mountain that surrounds the property.

The “Book the Mountain” listing — which promises to help travelers “take social distancing to new heights” — is available for one group stay for three nights only, from Monday, Feb. 15 to Thursday, Feb. 18, on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who want to put their (snow) hats in the ring can book this Friday, Oct. 30, starting at 1 p.m. EST.

The sleek and modern ski-in, ski-out chalet, known as the Boulders, is normally available for $800 per night. But the lucky group that secures this listing first gets it for just $100 a night. This rate also includes exclusive private access to the surrounding Eagle Point Resort for one full day, along with complimentary ski rentals and a team of private ski instructors.

Eagle Point has 40 ski runs and five ski lifts, so if you and your pandemic pod manage to snag this listing, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to zip down the trails all alone, surrounded by nothing but fresh powder, brisk wind, wide open skies and, best of all, each other.

“Families are craving a vacation where they can enjoy some fresh air and outdoor recreation, but they also want privacy, space and an experience that allows them to socially distance and avoid crowds. We took a breathtaking cabin and added a day on a private mountain as the cherry on top to make it a truly epic socially distanced ski experience,” Melanie Fish, Vrbo’s travel expert told The Post of the special offer. “Ski season is around the corner, so what better way to get families excited to hit the slopes than to make a private vacation home, resort and an entire mountain available to book?”

Eagle Point Resort’s owner, Shane Gadbaw, shares Fish’s excitement about the opportunity to create a bright spot in otherwise dark times. “Skiing at Eagle Point is always a memory-making adventure filled with stunning pine trees, plenty of Utah’s ‘greatest snow on Earth,’ and all surrounded by 12,000-foot peaks,” he said in a statement. “We love to share that experience with guests, which is why we partnered with Vrbo to offer one lucky family the mountain all to themselves.”

The Boulders, which can sleep up to 18 people, is operated by Utah furniture designers Andrew and Lindy Allen, who also own the local furniture store and design studio Four Chairs Furniture and Design. The chalet is filled with both modern features (think floating staircases and glass showers) and cozy touches like furry throw blankets that invite you to curl up with a hot toddy after a long day on the slopes. Perhaps most importantly, though, there are lots of big windows that let in the light and serve up sweeping mountain views that remind you that you’re out there, man. Just you and your core crew. And during this anxiety-inducing time, connecting to nature — and to each other — may be just what the doctor ordered.
