WE DID IT!!!! We flipped a WHOLE ENTIRE HOUSE. Translation: Chris did basically everything and I helped. Last year, Chris and an investor bought a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Phoenix for $190,000 and over the course of three months, he and his team of experts (PHIL included) turned the house into an absolutely gorgeous home. I focused on the aesthetics of the house like paint colors, materials, light fixtures, hardware and I also did some light staging of the house. Because Chris is also a realtor in Arizona (and California), he was also able to sell the house and spoiler alert…it’s already sold! YAY for success! In this video, we take you through the whole process from start to finish and tell you what the profits were like. This was a pretty daunting project but I LOVE the way it turned out. I hope you guys love this video as much as we enjoyed making it and we’re so happy this flip is now the home to a great family! Now the question is: DO WE DO THIS AGAIN????
