I been having some trouble with the short sales that i have been trying to work and i just need to vent for a second. Ive tried to work about 8 short sales and every single one of them has fallen through. It takes a good deal of time and effort to get all of the paperwork ready so that i able to negotiate with the mortgage lender, and then all of my deal just fall through with the property going into foreclosure and no deal for me.
Ive had some success with other ways of aquiring property, but shorts sales have not been working out for me. Anyone else having success with short sales or have any tips? thanks |

I havent really experimented with short sales yet, but i have had success with auctions. I have read about people doing well with short sales. Since you have experience doing this and you are more confident doing it, i would just try and wait for the best deals you think you can work, if they dont work i would just try working a different type of deal, or try and scoop the property up after the bank owns it again.
