Default having trouble evicting tenant

I have a tenant that i need to get rid of, but they just declared bankruptcy and they arent allowed to be eited while they are in the bankruptcy process. This is so frustrating and they get to live at my unit rent free(great for them, not me). These tenants have been such a nightmare, and were always late on rent and causing problems. Im am so mad, but it seems like there isnt anything i can do. I think the best think might be for me to call them and be friendly, so we can work out a deal and i can get them to leave.
