Default help with rental properties

i was thinking about investing in some rental properties. Is it the right time for this? Im a little nervous because i keep hearing about the housing market being in bad shape. any ideas?

actually the fact that the market is bad right now, means you can get a much better deal to buy a rental. even though people are having a hrder time finding a home to buy, this makes it much easier to fill rental properties. I think reantal properties are a good investment right now, and they are a pretty stable investment.

there are opportunities to get cash flow properties, you should defiantely read up and make sure you know your market. The more you knw, the wise of an investment you can make

in this type of market properties that can generate a consistant cash flow will always be a good investment. Dont buy the property expecting it to appreciate in value, buy it because it can be part of a revenue stream that you can build up ove time. You never know what will happen in a market. maybe it will come back soon, maybe it will take a while. But people will have to live somewhere even if they dont own their own homes. In this case rental properties are good.

Yes, I think it is a great time to buy and rent out properties. You can get some great deals with motivated sellers and foreclosures. Once you have the rental properties, use online rental marketing services like craigslist where they post on many sites for you.
