Some real estate investors may want to focus on forclosures and attempt to flip them. In some markets this is still possible, just get to know your area. See how many available houses are on the market and if they are selling. In other markets people might want to focus on rentals. Now its harder to get a mortgage and people have to live somewhere, so this will probobly be a good area to focus on.
