Default Investing in Reo's

Ive been looking at Reo's and i wanted to know how you find out if there are any leins or unpaid taxes on the house i would have to worry about.

with reo's you dont really have to worry about that because it is in the hands of the bank when it becomes an reo. Buying an reo is just like buying a regular home all of the leins will have been taken care of and the tenant will have been vacated already.
