A problem ive had when im flipping a property is that the person im trying to sell the home to can to go online and see exactly what i purchased the property for. Alot of time they make their offer on the price that i paid, not market value. Is there any way i can keep this info off of the internet?

You could make an llc with your lawyer as the contact name. This would at least keep your name off of the records so they couldnt look you up by name and find out. But i think the potential buyer could still look up the purchase by the address and see how much it sold for. So that still might be a problem.
