I made an offer on an reo that i found. I offered 100k less than the bank was asking. I was trying to line up a lender, but i got denied by the first couple that i spoke to. Is it hard to find a hard money lender for this type of deal? Do you think i need to get an appraisal first? I was thinking that maye it would help my chances.
