I closed my very first deal check it out.

I saw an ad for a totally demolished house for 23k.After i saw the ad in the paper, i went to meet the owner and negotiated him down to 20k. The whole house needed to be gutted and it also needs a brand new roof. I check the other recnt sales in the local area and they were around 100k after renovation. I met another investor who was also interested in the property and had experience in rehabs. I fliped the deal to him for 7k. A week later today and the deal is done. that is the easiest 7k i have ever made. It feels good to have my forst deal behind me.
