I was just thinking about this for a while. There are so many reo's in my local area i was thinking about getting them under contract and selling them with a commision. Would a bank go for something like this? I know that this works with pre forclosures, but i wasnt sure about reos. Anyone know?

i had some experience out here in az purchasing reo's and reselling them in a short amount of time. There are a ton of reo's on the market and banks are taking big hits with them. With reo's the price typically goes down monthly. So if the price wont currently work for you, wait a month and most likely it will go down. When reselling reo's you wont usually make the huge profits that you can with other types of real estate deals. But if you buy smart you can do alot of deals and make 5- 10k on each one, which can be good money if you do it right.
