I came across the term wholesaling on another website but im not really sure what is means, can anyone explain this to me?

wholesaling is the process of finding a real estate deal and flipping it to another buyer for a profit.
If you come across a deal that maybe isnt the type of deal you usually work, or you dont have the necessary cash to do it. You can find a buyer for the home and get a commsision from them for the lead.
It is a good way to get started because all it takes is time and effort. You dont need to put any cash down. It is a good process to learn the ropes of doing deals.

some people also refer to wholesaling as "birddogging". This is definately a great way to get strated and get to know your market, but the kind of cash you can make wholesaling as opposed to investing is peanuts. This shouldnt be a primary focus, but if you fina good deal that just isnt for you or you and new, this is a good kind of deal.
