I was checking forclosure.com or realtytrac.com . Any opinion as to which of these 2 listing services has better information and resources? Also which is more current?

ive tried realtytrac and its a pretty decent site, but i did notice that the information wasnt as current as i would have liked. But you should try going down to the court house to get your information. Its free and it will have the most current information, so you can get the drop on all of the other investors.
