Default what are some good places for forclosure info?

I tried realty trac, but i wanted to know if there was better info for my area, central calif. Any ideas on this?

the best place to get this kind of information is from public records. The problem with sites like realty trac is the the info can be a little outdated sometimes. You want to get the most current info possible because, you are competeing with other investors and it can be good to get the kind of information first.
